•  Why do you wish to continue your education in equine art?

•  What is your professional objective?

•  Why have you selected equine art as your course of study?

•  Briefly describe your particular style of art and media used

•  Describe your artistic achievements to date

•  What would you hope to learn by attending an equine sculpting workshop?

___ Name and Address at top of Page 1, and name only at top of subsequent numbered pages

 

___ Please include photos or slide transparencies of at least (2) and up to (4) examples of your art

 

___ All photos and slide transparencies must be clearly labeled with artist's name, title of work,

size and medium. These will be retained in The Kasper Foundation files.

 

___ Please include two letters of reference. One may be from a family member, however the

second must be from a non-family member who is knowledgeable and familiar with your art.
